For those staff that will be receiving an EOY Evaluation this year, please use the form linked below to submit your reflection responses. Responses will be included on the EOY Evaluation Form. The ONLY staff that need to complete this reflection form are for those individuals that have been observed this year. If it is not your evaluation year, only Domain 5 (SLO) will be assessed on the EOY Evaluation Form. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Grade Level Ceremony Schedule
**From the set of classroom awards that you have been provided, please choose one award for each student
Entire School Ceremony from 9:15 - 10:15 in the cafeteria
10:15 - 11:00 5th Grade (cafeteria)
11:00 - 11:45 Kindergarten (GYM)
1:45 - 2:30 2nd Grade (GYM)
2:00 - 2:45 3rd Grade (cafeteria)
2:45 - 3:20 1st Grade (GYM)
2:45 - 3:30 4th Grade (cafeteria)
**This year we spread out the location of the ceremonies so that we could preserve the lunch times in the cafeteria. Thank you for your patience and flexibility!**
Grade 4 & 5 -- We would like to move your planning / specials time on this day. Instead of 9:25 - 10:05, it will be from 2:45 - 3:25.

TEAM LEADER OPPORTUNITIES
Closing Date: All interested must let us know, no later than end of the day on June 5th; we are still seeking staff to fill all postions.
Staff please email us if you are interested in being a team leader for next year. We have funding for four (4) positions. If more than four staff members are interested, we will interview for these positions. Pay is 35 hours of per diem pay.
Team Leader Job Description: The team leader will support the school’s instructional management system. Duties:
- Serve as team leader to two teams (K-1, 2-3, 4-5, and sped./specials)
- Serve as leader who will steward the mission and vision of SRES as a STEAM school.
- Utilize skills in interpersonal relations to develop a positive team and school climate.
- Serve as a liaison between the administration and their team members.
- Plan, organize, and conduct meetings on a regular basis to relay information. Provide minutes to the administration and the Title I Teacher Specialist.
- Serve as chair of a committee that supports the implementation of the Continuous Strategic Improvement Plan. A requirement of each committee will be an after-school parent involvement night.
- May assist in interviewing candidates for positions within their team(s).
Meetings: There will be a one day meeting held this summer (6hrs). Feedback to more than one team is required as we have only four paid positions for the 2016-2017 school year.
If you are a Support Staff member and would like to provide representation, please let us know by email. Compensation will need to be comp time as there is no funding.
ELO OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE 16-17 SCHOOL YEAR
11 month/ELO teachers:
We will have five (5) openings for 11 month teachers for next school year. These positions will begin July 1. The description for this position is linked at the bottom.
Teachers that are interested in these positions will be required to teach two weeks this summer (pending transportation) with dates TBD and during the school year, which may lead into time before June 30, 2017. A total of 126 hours which will include a meeting day over the summer, planning, and data monitoring of these students.

Enrichment Teaching Opportunity—As a part of a recent grant, we have the opportunity to offer a STEAM club which will target the acceleration of students in typically underrepresented populations of our school.
· STEAM Club--One hour instruction by SRES teachers two days per week X 2 teachers (Sessions may vary in weekly length)--Three sessions offered per year
If you would be interested in this teaching opportunity, please let us know. You may hold this position and another leadership/CSI/ELO position within our school as this is a separate funding resource.

EOY Technology Notes
As the end is wrapping up here are a few technology tidbits:
If you are not returning next year you must turn in your laptop. It does not go with you to your new school.
If you are taking your laptop or any device home with you this summer you must fill out the receipt of property form that I will place in your mailbox and turn it into me.
Change your password before leaving school if it is due to expire during the summer months. This will reduce the number of locked accounts in the fall.
If you are moving rooms the only technology equipment that goes with you is your laptop. All other devices stay with that room. I will not be collecting laptops, chromebooks, tablets, etc., that are assigned to the room. You may lock them away for the summer and they will be ready for you in the fall. If you do not have room for them talk to me and I will find room in the lab. If you have special needs I will be happy to work with you to get you what you need.
If you are leaving FCPS and wish to keep files saved in your Google Drive account you must download them and then upload them to the new account. You cannot transfer files outside of FCPS Google accounts. Also, teachers can archive classes.
Files on the Student Drive will be deleted at the end of the year. If you want to keep any of the files please let me know.

SRES MEDIA SCHEDULE - EOY
Media classes continue until the last day of school; for the week of June 12 - 17; Regina Farnsworth, Lynne Thacker, & Beth Smith will be covering Media classes in the Media Center or the Computer Lab. A specific schedule of coverage and locations will be shared prior to the last week of school. Thank you to the ladies that are covering these classes!
