What's New at Walnut?
February, 2020
Principals' Message
We're looking forward to an amazing second half of the school year. We just finished Kindness Week, but of course kindness is a priority all year long. As one of the activities for The Great Kindness Challenge, each student was invited to paint a rock for our new Kindness Rocks Garden. In the next week or two, you'll be able to see the garden in the planter outside the Walnut Library. Similar to our T-shirt project last year, the rock garden shows our unity while celebrating everyone's uniqueness. It will be unveiled within the next week; stay tuned!
Kindly, Mrs. Wall
