Why Discipline?
Having an appropriate discipline plan is a crucial element in effective classroom management. If teachers fail to establish control they will not be able to reach each student properly and students may become disinterested, restless or disruptive. The Assertive Discipline model was developed by Marlene and Lee Canter. The Positive Discipline Model was developed by Fred Jones.
