Advisors - update your personal attendance tracker
Hello all,
A mistake has been found in the personal tracker and I can’t blame it on anyone but myself!
Please take these steps to correct it so you won’t have to set everything up again.
- On the Semester 1 tab – unprotect the sheet.
- Column I has the correct formula in cell 2 only.
- Please click into cell I2 and copy this formula down the rest of the column.
- Protect the sheet.
- Save
I’m so sorry for causing more issues with your personal trackers.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
Bev

Text Opt In - TVS
Text Opt In data from the DocuSign has been imported into TVS. The information is on the Overview tab at the bottom of the 2nd column.
Items to note:
- If a family wishes to opt in, they must fill out the DocuSign. TVS can not be changed by a verbal opt in.
- If a family wishes to opt out, that can be verbal and the drop down would just need to be changed to No and the number removed (from an admin account).
- If a family said Yes to opt in on the DocuSign, but didn’t provide a phone number, I updated their response to No.
- If the opt in information says “Select One” for the drop down, that means we haven’t received a form from the family.
Andrea will be updating TVS at least once a week with the new forms that come in.
K12 Updates
K12 updates will go here when/as needed
Effective September 25th, a change will be made on OMHS Landing Page and in the K12 Mobile App to collect the personal email addresses and security questions to assist users in retrieving their password. Changes included in this release:
- 6th-12th grade students, Learning Coaches, Admins and Teachers will receive a pop up asking them to set up a Security Question and add a Personal Email to help with future password retrieval from the OMHS landing pages.
- The Email field when creating an account is being relabeled to Personal Email.
- If the user already has this data saved, the pop up will be prepopulated with the current data. The user can validate the data by selecting Save or Skip. If skipped, the user will be prompted the next time they log in.
- If the user does not have this data saved, they will be able to populate the data on the pop up or select Skip. If skipped, the user will be prompted the next time they log in.
- Learning Coaches and Legal Guardians will receive a pop up asking them to set up a security question and add personal email to help with future password retrieval in the K12 Mobile App.
- If the user already has this data saved, the pop up will be prepopulated with the current data. The LC/LG can validate the data by selecting Save or Skip. If skipped, the user will be prompted the next time they log in.
- If the LC/LG does not have this data saved, they will be able to populate the data on the pop up or select Skip. If skipped, the user will be prompted the next time they log in.
- Once Forgot Password is selected, users will now receive a link to reset their password as opposed to the password being emailed directly.
- K5 teachers on the OLS only can still update this information by going to My Account
Reoccuring/Reference Info

Important Reminder: TVS account changes
Fill out this survey (bookmark it for future use) for TVS phone, email, or in-state address changes.
Be sure to fill out the survey completely. To make the correct changes, Leigh Ann needs to know whose addresses and phone numbers need to be changed (e.g. which parent or both or is it the LC; whose phone # and is it the home or cell). She also needs to know the student first and last name along with their student ID# and if they have siblings.
