Differentiation
-- use Google docs for assignments and students can use voice typing to help get their thoughts on paper.
--utilize chrome extensions like read and write for students who need to highlight or have things read aloud.Or use kaizena to give verbal feedback
-- create a quick pre assessment with Google forms
-- set up personalized assignment sheets or documents with specific students who need a little extra guidance
--create a web site or document to use as a menu for choice (or a Tic-Tac-Toe board like we saw in the meeting) that leads to more instructions. Hyperlinks are amazing and powerful things.
--assigning things digitally gives you an opportunity to link extra resources like video and audio tutorials or explanations
--make youtube videos that students can rewatch. Use screencast-o-matic or screencastify to make your own!
--take videos that already exist and add questions to them in tools like EdPuzzle, TedEd and PlayPosit
--Use Moodle to create groupings and assign different things to different groups of kids
--watch the video above for a strategy in Google classroom!
