Merry Christmas, Wildcats
Richlands High School Family,
As we prepare to pause over the next 16 days to recharge our batteries and spend time with family and loved ones, I wanted to send you a short Christmas greeting.
We spend much of our time reflecting on continuous improvement. How can we do it better, faster, more efficiently? But this Christmas, take time to reflect on the great and positive impacts you have personally had on the young people that come to our campus every day. You aren't just a staff member, you're a mentor, cheerleader, tutor, listener, confidant, and for some of our kids....a parent figure.
Each and every single one of you goes above and beyond the scope of your job description. You come in early and leave late, give your time and money, and still come in each day prepared to give your best. You truly care about these kids and this place, and take pride in your work.
Your outpouring of support for Christmas Cheer and the Angel Tree is representative of your big hearts. Be proud of the work you've done and happy that you've made someone's Christmas brighter.
Please take time to enjoy your well-deserved break....and RELAX!! Whether you're travelling or staying in the area, I hope you have a safe and memorable Christmas season, and I wish you and your families the very best.
Warmest Regards,
Brad Staley
