Our Purpose
The Georgia Cyber Academy PTSO is a non-profit organization which is organized and operated for the charitable and educational purpose of assisting Georgia Cyber Academy in providing the best education possible to the children enrolled at the school.
To implement that purpose, the PTSO:
Provides family activities that build community within the school.
Provides learning opportunities through events and programs.
Provides funding for items not included in the school budget.
Holds various fundraisers in accordance with Georgia Cyber Academy’s policies to fund the above activities.

Nominations open for 2017-2018 GCA PTSO Executive Board
Full descriptions of all GCA PTSO Executive Board position duties are on the GCA PTSO website, under the Bylaws link Article IV – Officers and Elections You do not have to be a member to nominate, but you must be a member to run for any position.
GCA PTSO Leadership and Development Scholorship
The application deadline expired on 03/01/2017 for the GCA PTSO Leadership and Development Scholarship.
On 3/15/2017 your GCA PTSO Executive Board will notify the Top 10 Applicants.
Those 10 applicants will then submit a 500 word essay by 3/31/2017.
The GCA PTSO Executive Board will announce the winner of the scholarship on 4/06/2017.
The GCA PTSO Leadership and Development Scholarship purpose: To acknowledge the GCA student that made or plans to make an impact in their school or community while demonstrating positive leadership qualities.
Minimum Qualifications: The student must be a Senior with Georgia Cyber Academy and meet all GCA Graduation Requirements. Scholarship must be used toward the students furthering education program.
Note: No GCA PTSO Executive Board Members students can receive this scholarship.

Becoming a GCA PTSO member is easy! Just fill out the short survey below and submit your payment for $5! You will receive access to special programs, have voting rights, and so much more. For founding members, if you have not renewed your membership by October 1st, you will be removed as having founding member status.

All meetings are accessed via the Coach Cafe icon on the GCA PTSO webpage, all meetings will be held at 7:00 PM Est. If you are unable to attend the archive of the meeting will be placed on the Archive page of the GCA PTSO website the next business

Hello GCA Families! I am excited to announce your GCA's PTSO 2nd Virtual Book club meeting, coming on March 17th at 4:30 pm. Please fill in the first name and last initial of your GCA student on the Google document below, so I know how many students to expect. Please see the list below for the grade levels of the books we will be discussing at the meeting, if you were unable to make it to the first meeting. Thank you, we look forward to seeing you there!
