📩 2020/21 Student Nutrition Parent Letter
We are planning on Battle of the Books in some form this year! Other districts in the US who held their battles in March & April did it virtually. We are looking into different options if in-person battling isn't an option this year. Battle of the Books may look different, of course, but we plan on making this happen one way or another.
DEVICE DELIVERY
In order to ensure every student has an online device this fall, ASD is ramping up its device distribution process starting Monday, Aug 17. Please assist us in getting this message out to your staff and families: The District is using its buses to deliver Chromebooks to bus stops nearest to students’ homes. This is a change from the previous process where buses were delivering to families’ front doors. Families who have signed up to receive a Chromebook through their schools and have not yet received one will receive an email and robo call the day before their scheduled delivery. In the call and email, families will receive specific information on the timing and location of their delivery.
If you have questions, please let me know. I hope you were able to enjoy the past weekend.
Sincerely,
Jessie Nesset, Principal
