•Crystal meth is a highly addictive amphetamine that comes in clear chunky crystals. It can be smoked, injected, snorted or ingested in pill form. Injecting crystal meth is the fastest way to get a high. It is a stimulant so it gives you a burst of energy, raises your heart rate, and makes you more aware of your surroundings. It is illegal In all states, and its pretty easy to tell if someone does meth, and if u get caught you will go to jail immediately. Meth looks like a clear crystals or glass. 24.7 million people abuse meth. 13 million people over the age of 12 have used methamphetamine. 4.6 of high school seniors have used methamphetamine.
heroin
•Heroin is a drug that is taken by powder up your nose or a shot. Heroin is a white powder that almost looks like cocaine or it be a black sticky substance, (known as black tar) heroin is illegal so if you are trying to find some good luck finding it. Heroin a depressant so it messes with your brain and it makes you really calm. From an estimate of 9.2 million people take heroin and, 93 percent of heroine comes from Afghanistan. About 153,000 take heroin in the U.S.
marijuana
•Marijuana is a dry, shredded green and brown mix of leaves, flowers, stems, and seeds from the hemp plant cannabis staviva. Marijuana is a depressant so it messes with your brain and makes you calm for example your heart rate will slow down. In the U.S. marijuana is legal only in a few states like Colorado and Washington Over 94 million people in the US have admitted using it at least once.
2.1 million people in the US abused marijuana for the first time that year.
•Among 12 to 17 year olds 6.7% were current marijuana users.
cocaine
•Cocaine is a white powder that looks like baking soda. You sniffed it up your nose and because it’s a stimulant it gives you a burst of energy and increase your heart rate and make you more aware of things. Cocaine is illegal in all of the U.S. Cocaine is the second most trafficked illegal drug in the world. Among young people 15 to 34 years old an estimated 7.5 million have used cocaine at least once in their life 3.5 million in the last year and 1.5 million in the past month.
