Student Schedules
Student schedules will be made available on the Parent Portal beginning August 5th at 6 pm. Please take time to review your schedule and check for accuracy. We recommend either printing your schedule at home or taking a picture with your phone (make sure you get your classroom numbers).
We will have counselors available on August 15th. Any request to change a schedule should be made through the student center. Please do not wait to take care of this the first day of school. We want your first day to be as smooth as possible.
Online Registration & Chromebook forms
RUP (Responsible Use Policy) & Chromebook Insurance Forms: Will be ONLINE this year (available starting August 5). Parents will have the opportunity to read through the policies and accept the terms using the SISK12 parent portal. Students will not have Chromebook internet permissions until the parent has accepted and signed the RUP form.
The district is offering an insurance program for your child’s Access Initiative device (Chromebook). The cost to participate in this program is $20 annually. Chromebook insurance can be purchased online this year. Please follow this link: https://wsdr4.revtrak.net/high-schools/
Participation is optional. Coverage takes effect once payment is received, and the Access Initiative device is issued to your child. It is not retroactive. Buying into the program provides coverage only during the current school year, so from the time payment is received through the end of the school year which is June 30. The program fee is non-refundable and does not transfer to the next school year if the insurance is not used.
Proof of Residency
All families are required to submit proof of residency for the 22-23 school year. Forms can be uploaded in SIS.
1. Logon to SISK12 Parent Portal
2. Click "Proof of Residency" (at the top of the page)

Class of 2023 - Senior Immunizations
Please be sure to review our district website for required immunizations. Our incoming seniors must make sure that their MCV (Meningococcal) immunizations are up to date. If your child has already received it, please forward documentation to lisaterbrock@wsdr4.org.
This immunization can be given by your pediatrician, local pharmacy, or the St. Charles County Health Department. Typically, these vaccines are hard to find the closer we get to the start of a new school year.
There is an immunization clinic scheduled at Liberty High School on August 19 from 9am - 12pm. If you would like to participate, please complete this consent form and bring a picture of your child's insurance card. If your child does not have insurance, they can still receive the vaccine (just note uninsured on the consent form).
Incoming Seniors MUST have the MCV vaccination prior to August 22 in order to attend the first day of school.

WSD Back to School Fair
The WSD will host the 12th Annual Back to School Fair for District families on Saturday, August 13, from 8-11am at Liberty High School. The event is intended to get school supplies in the hands of students who need them the most.
The event is free for District families and will feature dozens of vendors, free school supplies, games and fun activities for children. At last year's event, we distributed over $10,000 worth of school supplies to WSD students. In addition, MoCHIP will be on hand to provide free child identification kits.
While the event is free, families are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to donate to Operation Food Search, which serves local families in need. For more information about the Fair, visit the WSD website.
