Minerals provide us with shape and support for our skeleton. Minerals are essential in the diet and each plays a unique and often multi-factorial roles as they at all levels of the body. Minerals are divided two ways macrominerals and microminerals or major minerals and trace minerals. Different minerals have different jobs, but they are mainly for good bone health.

Risks
If your body gets too many minerals it can be dangerous. Consuming too many minerals can lead to high blood pressure. Consuming too little minerals can lead to health problems such as weak bones, fatigue, or decreased immune system.
