Welcome!
Below you will find all the details for our quickly approaching time together. Schedules, checklists, reminders... We hope this will help your preparation for practicum to go more smoothly. PLEASE read the WHOLE flyer so you will have all the information you need.
We would greatly appreciate your prayers as many people work to get the final details of this event ironed out.

Before you get here
Registration
Wednesday - 8:30 a.m.
- Follow signs to the registration area. Find the correct table by last name.
- Turn in a Risk Release Waiver if you are bringing children and/or teen helpers.
- Receive name tags & paperwork. If you are given a lanyard, please return it on Friday.
- There will be teen helpers to assist you in finding your way to the correct camp locations.
Thursday and Friday - 8:45 a.m.
- Check your children into their camps and go enjoy the morning!
IMPORTANT: Please note that the Classical Conversations bookstore is no longer accepting checks - Cash or Card Only
Daily Schedule
8:30 a.m. Registration begins/bookstore open/kids camps open for drop off.
9:00 a.m. General training session begins/student camps begin
12:00-1:00 p.m. Lunch hour/bookstore open at 12:15
**Parents are responsible for their children during this hour**
1:00-4:00 p.m. Parent training/tutor training/student camps
4:00-4:30 p.m. Bookstore open
On Thursday we will take a love offering to show the church our appreciation and gratitude for the use of their facility. Please give as you feel led.
What to Bring Checklist
__ Risk-Release Waiver - print, fill out, and bring with you

__ Sunscreen, hat and jacket dependent on the weather
PARENT SESSIONS
__ Clipboard, folder or binder
__ CC Catalog if you happen to have one
__ Writing paper & pen for taking notes
__ A snack & drink
__ Donation for the church if you desire
__ Academic Orientation materials (if a tutor/director)
NURSERY
__ Any baby items needed (in a marked bag)
__ A bottle/cup with name clearly marked
PLAYCAMP
__ A snack for morning and afternoon
__ A cup and drink with name clearly marked
GEODRAW CAMP
__ 2 pencils
__ 2 good erasers
__ A ruler or straight edge
__ A snack & drink for morning and afternoon
LATIN CAMP
__ Pen/pencil
__ A snack & drink for morning and afternoon
Pack a Picnic Lunch!
There is grassy space outside where we will eat a picnic style lunch, weather permitting
** Pick up your children from camp immediately following the morning session.
** Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children during lunch.
** Please pick up all trash and leave the facility as tidy as we found it.
Are you contracted to attend a Program Academic Orientation?
In order to attend training, you must:
1. Have signed a contract and turned it into your director or SR.
2. Print and sign this document and BRING IT WITH YOU to training. The trainers will collect it from you when you arrive.
You will receive a confirmation email and attached materials from your trainer by Monday, May 28th.
