Great Behavior Ice Cream Party
Close to 200 of our Hamilton Middle School students were invited to our Great Behavior Ice Cream Party. The students invited had no office referrals and no classroom/teacher managed discipline. We are so incredibly proud of these students. Keep up the GREAT work!

March MATHness
Ms. Johnson and Miss Heiby's 7th grade math students have been competing in a month long math competition. The competition is modeled after the March Madness Bracket. Students completed 10 days of qualifying rounds where they had an opportunity to earn a qualifying point. The top 16 in each group advanced to the bracket rounds. Students then competed head to head against their opponent each day to see who would advance. For the final challenge all 7th graders went to the gym to cheer on their classmates in an intense 5 stage math/basketball challenge. Congratulations to everyone who competed, especially to our finalists.
Winners: Mason Geter and Annika Kramer
Runner Up: Trace Dasilva and Jadiauna Simmons
Finalists: Gabe Garry, Evan Arms, Lita Anderson, and Zane Casto.

Jr. OMUN
Our 7th and 8th grade students attended the Ohio Model United Nations conference this past week. Ohio Model United Nations is where students play the role of delegates from different countries and attempt to solve real world issues with the policies and perspectives of their assigned country. The countries our students represented were Tanzania, Libya, and Haiti. We were so pleased with how well they represented their country. They worked for several months preparing for this. We want to especially congratulate Caitlin Lewis for winning the leadership award for our school. This was Caitlin's first year being a part of OMUN and she did fantastic. Congratulations goes out to all of our students for their hard work and dedication.
