Comparing the life cycles of a ladybug and a frog.
Ladybug
This is the life cycle of a ladybug. It starts out as an egg for 3-5 days. Then it becomes a larvae for 20-30 days. Next it becomes a pupa for 3-12 days. And finally it is an adult lady bug. The ladybug life cycle lasts for 8 weeks.
Frog
This is the life cycle of a frog. It starts out as an egg for 6-12 days. Then it becomes a tadpole after 4 weeks. After that it becomes a tadpole with legs after 6-9 weeks. Next it becomes a froglet after 9-12 weeks. And finally it becomes an adult frog. The frog life cycle lasts from 12-16 weeks.

Both the ladybug and the frog start off as eggs.

The ladybug goes through four stages and the frog goes through five stages.
