Review
The False Prince is an extraordinary book because it is filled with deception, lies, and suspense. The book takes place in medieval times so some of the language used in the book is different than what ordinary people would use today. The author has only one character's point of view so you aren't able to know what other characters are feeling and thinking as the story progresses. This novel definitely made me not want to put the book down because the chapters are always leave you at the end with so much suspense! The book made me actually feel like I was apart of the action and I was not aware of the world outside the book. The author does an excellent job of portraying a medieval time and making it actual feel like it was many, many years ago. I would recommend this book to pretty much anyone because I feel like this book is fit for all ages. This book definitely brought to light how you must be brave in any situation and showed how you must never let fear corrupt you.

The False Princess
By Ellis O'Neal. The False Prince is also related to The False Princess because it takes place in the middle ages. Nalia, the princess, has been privileged life at the court. Everything changes when she learns a bit after her sixteenth birthday that she is not the real 'Nalia,' she is a false princess. This novel is similar to The False Prince because there is a false royal, but it differs from the novel because there is a false royal in the beginning, and The False Princess is also different from The False Prince because there actually is no 'false prince' in the book. The real Nalia has been cast out, for her protection, with barely any support and she has now been named Sinda. She then is sent to her only surviving relative to be kept safe, however the woman she is living with is very scornful. Sinda then discovers that she has a very dangerous magic living inside her and she has to learn to control it. Another difference between the two novels is that this book is fantasy and contains magic while The False Prince is historical fiction and everything could have possibly happened. She unearths a secret that could change the course of Thorvaldor’s history for eternity.
