B. Collections: Epson IP Projectors
General Information: Please note the following general information and more detailed instructions will arrive as soon as possible. ALL teachers are required to turn in the cables, connectors, adapters, remotes and any additional cables belonging to the Epson projectors housed in most of the classrooms. Of course, the Epson projector unit will stay attached to the wall, so please do not try to move that equipment. Due to the construction during June and July, we want to be certain this equipment is available when you return August 2.
Then, you will need to complete a simple form stating each piece of Epson projector equipment you have placed in a plastic bag that we will have for you. The form will be signed by you and placed in the plastic bag to verify what you turned in to the Media Tech Center. We will store the equipment, the form and the plastic bag in the MTC during part of May, June and July. Please be certain the plastic bag is labeled with the teacher's name and room number.
PLEASE NOTE: Do NOT combine cables, connectors, adapters, remotes or other equipment with the equipment for another teacher when you turn in the accessories for your specific Epson projector. Each classroom has a specific Epson projector and it is super important to keep each set of equipment organized so you receive the right equipment upon your return.
Forms: You will be sent soon a form as an attachment to print, complete and place in the plastic bag whenever you turn in your Epson projector accessories. The Media Tech Center staff, a student with the Nest Team or Work Program, or a PTSA volunteer will verify what you are turning in, so please be accurate. Also, we will have additional forms in the Media Tech Center for you to complete and add to each plastic bag of Epson accessories. Many of you will remember that this is similar to the way we collected the Epson accessories previously.
If you have any additional questions, please ask Ms. Swearingen, Ms. Phillips or Mr. Jones so we may verify and/or check for you and your students. Thanks!
