title 1 literacy night tonight
Parents - Please make plans to attend Title 1 Literacy Night tonight from 6-7 p.m.! All who come will walk away with some great tips on how you can help your child become a stronger reader. Some of the workshops that will be offered are Utilizing Technology, Integrating Writing at Home, Literature in French Immersion, and Literacy Games. Embry Hills Library will also be here to help you sign up for library cards and more. Childcare will be provided. We look forward to seeing you here in the nest!
In the mean time, please click on the link below to read a great article, "Literacy Builds Life Skills as Well as Language Skills", on the importance of reading.
We are expecting a large crowd for this event, so please plan to arrive early to allow time for parking. There will be no parking in the front circle to allow for after-care pick up. Thank you.
