The Victory at Saratoga was a great hope to American soldiers. We will win this war!
Common Sense
"We have boasted the protection of Great Britain, without considering, that her motive was not attachment."
Common Sense, Thomas Paine
Yes, that's right. Great Britain has been using us as a tool. And we have retaliated.
The Battle of Saratoga
We are in the midst of war, and there has been little hope left. Since what happened at Valley Forge, most people have lost faith. But now, we are back on are feet, with more hate towards Britain and more training than ever. We have won Saratoga, and WE WILL PREVAIL!!!
General Horatio Gates
This victory is due to General Horatio Gates's great bravery and leadership skills. Although General Benedict Arnold recklessly charged out despite orders, they were able to hang on to victory. This victory was able to persuade the French to form an alliance with us.
