Week of September 1, 2019
High Expectations:
Every Scholar, Every Day
A Word from Principal Haynes
Greetings Parents,
We pray that everyone is doing well--we were spared the worst of Hurricane Dorian. I know that some of our families may have family impacted in the Bahamas. PLEASE contact our Front Office and leave a message for Ms. Prospere, our School Counselor. We will try to connect you with resources in the city and county. We are TRULY a Village and are here to support our community in any way that we can.
We are still on to have our Grades 3-5 Open House tomorrow, September 4th. Please join us promptly at 6:15PM. We will start on time so that we may all get back home to our families as quickly as possible.
Wishing you an AMAZING and BLESSED week!!
Principal Haynes
Headphones
Parents, a NUMBER ONE supply that scholars need are headphones (not ear buds). There a few stores you can find inexpensive ($5-10) headphones: Big Lots and Five Below. The students must work on iReady in the classrooms and they need headphones for that. Please make it a priority to get these. Thank you!!
