Weekly Newsletter
November 10th - 14th
Welcome
Happy Veteran's Day (tomorrow)! We thank God for the blessing that is our country and those who serve. A special thank you to all family and friends who may have served or currently are serving.
This Week in Kindergarten
In Chapel this week we learn about God speaking to Samuel. The story is titled "A Voice in the Night" in the students' Beginner's Bible on page 160. We will learn about obeying God and parents. We will also continue to work on our recitations and songs for the Christmas Service.
We will complete a special Veteran's Day project and some other sports-related activities, inspired by the Superkid, Sal. We are also learning about the latest, Lily, and the letter Ll.
In math we will review identifying numbers and go a little more in-depth and look at numbers "before", "after", and "in-between". We will practice writing and ordering money amounts to 10 cents, identifying objects that do not belong to a group, and copying and identifying patterns.

Wrap Up
Thanks for your continued help with learning our recitations. If, for some reason, you misplace that green sheet of paper, don't hesitate to let me know and I'll get you a new one!
