Cost for Preschool next year will be $3200 for 5 days a week and $2600 for 3 days a week for the school year. The first day of Preschool will be August 12th, 2024 and the last day is to be determined but will be before the May Memorial Day holiday. Hours will be 8am till 3pm and the After School Program will be available from 3pm till 5pm for an additional fee.
Knights Fish Fry Friday's
The St. Ann Knights of Columbus will continue serving their tasty fish fry on Friday's. They will serve from 430-7pm. You can dine in or carry out and the cost is $13 per person. Next Friday, March 15th, the Knights have graciously agreed to cook fish and fries for all of our students and staff.
Scrip
Since we will be working at closing down St. Ann over the next several months, we will not be ordering any Scrip. We have a ton of scrip on hand if you are interested in any, and you can still order it yourself on line.
Scrip is an easy way for families to make money for St. Ann and help pay your tuition. You may ask, "What is Scrip?", well scrip is basically gift cards for local and name brand stores and restaurants that you go to everyday. Instead of paying with cash or credit card, you purchase the gift cards from St. Ann and use these gift cards to pay for your purchase. This fundraiser costs nothing to you other than a few minutes of your time ordering, sending in the money, and picking up your gift cards. We carry a full line of local and most big box stores including Amazon here at school or you can go to raiseright.com and enter the St. Ann school code of 74D1Cl931431. Once logged in to the school account, you can order straight from the website and it will ship to us for pickup. Again, it's an easy and fast fundraiser for the school that takes no effort or cost for anything else to you, and 1/2 of the rebate we get for you buying the Scrip, goes to pay your tuition balance
Mr. Bodnar's Thoughts
Hello St. Ann Family,
Boy, what an early evening/night of wild storms. I hope everyone faired well and did not receive damage or at least not too much. I guess Mother Nature is preparing us early for what's to come, I hope it's not the case.
This week we arrived at the 4th quarter of the school year. As in any year, the 4th quarter is a very busy one. Usually it is filled with testing, projects, filed trips, family opportunities to do things at school for fun, and of course, Graduation. This year is no different. But, we will be trying to use things like the eclipse event in April, our religion trip and Springfield trip with the 5th-8th grades, to help drive home course work that our students have been studying to show them some real world practicality of what they are learning. There will also be numerous "fun" events for them.
As we come into the Easter holiday, I want to remind everyone to pray for those that maybe less fortunate than ourselves. It seems that this time of year is very cheery for some, but others it is not for whatever the reason. I ask that you just keep these people in your prayers. I also ask that as we move closer to the last day of school, if you notice your student starting to struggle, you let us know so we can try to help you and them cope with the changes that will be coming. I have not seen a lot of this so far, but I have heard of a few students starting to worry. I just want you to remember we are a family, and we are here to help as best as we can.
I hope everyone has a great weekend. I look forward to seeing everyone back at school on Monday.
Tony Bodnar
