President's Welcome - Dr. Davis welcomed everyone to the meeting and discussed the storm damage and impact to the Upper Dublin community.

Presentation - Dr. Yanni provided an outline of his Superintendent's Goals for SY 21-22 including goals and targets and deliverables for District Comprehensive Planning, teaching, learning, and service delivery, budget and finance, human resources and labor relations, School Board relations, professionalism, and professional development.
Community Input - The following topics were addressed during the first community input:

Minutes - The following minutes were included in the agenda:
- The Board approved the minutes from the August 23, 2021 Legislative meeting.
- The Board affirmed the minutes from the committee meetings.
Education Committee/Curriculum/Technology/Student Services Recommendations -
The Board reviewed and approved the following:
- Enrollment Report
- Professional development for administrators
- Purchase of AP Biology textbooks
Finance Committee Recommendations - The Board approved the following:
- Routine matters - The Board approved the Treasurer's Report, the list of bill payments, and the obsolete list.
- Other matters - The Board approved a change order for the parking lot paving bid, Santander Bank as a District fund depository, financial support for the North Hills After-School Program, and purchase of an emergency notification system.
Personnel Report/Recommendations - The Board approved the following:
- Personnel Report inclusive of appointments, resignations, retirements, terminations, leaves of absence, changes of status, changes of contract status, degree changes, curriculum support leaders, mentor appointments, and extracurriculars.
- An Independent Contractor Agreement.
Policy Committee Recommendations
The Board approved second readings of the following policies:
- Guidance and School Counseling Programs (112)
- Career and Technical Education (115)
- Use of Medications (210)
The Board affirmed a second first reading of BOG 006 Meetings.
The Board affirmed first readings of the following policies:
- 117 Homebound Instruction
- 137 Home Education Programs
- 138 English Language Development
- 200 Enrollment of Students
Other Business and Reports
- The Board authorized the Superintendent to submit the Emergency Time Template to the Pennsylvania Department of Education due to virtual learning at UDHS and FWES.
Liaison Committee Reports - The Board reviewed the following informational reports:
- Montgomery County Intermediate Unit - Darlene Davis
- Montgomery County Legislative Committee - Amy Francek
- EASTERN Center for Arts & Technology - Art Levinowitz
- Equity and Empowerment Steering Committee - Jennifer Iannitti
- Educational Advisory Committee - Titia Scherpbier

Solicitor's Report - Mr. Diasio reported that the Board met in Executive Session prior to the public meeting, from 6:00 PM until just before 7:00 PM, to discuss personnel matters included on the Legislative agenda, one matter of safety, and one confidential student matter.
Community Input - The following topics were addressed during the second community input:
- Superintendent's Goals
- Status of Cardinal Stadium and UDHS Pool
- Curriculum review process
- Visitors and volunteers to schools when COVID-19 transmission rates change
- Health and Safety Plan
Comments from the Board and/or Superintendent - The following topics were addressed:
- Dr. Yanni responded to comments regarding the status of Cardinal Stadium and the UDHS pool, curriculum review process, and the Health and Safety plan and COVID-19 transmission rates related to visitors and volunteers.
