Life Skill of the Week
Our Life Skill for this week will focus on "Patience: wait calmly for someone or something." There is a saying that states patience is a virtue. Patience can also be a blessing. If we look at patience as the gift of time, it might make us pause and think a little differently regarding patience. Patience can be a gift not only to ourselves but those around us as well. It is a way to show grace and mercy. In this hectic world where instant gratification is becoming more and more expected, let's challenge ourselves to take those moments to pause and practice patience. It is in those little moments when we can have our most intimate experiences with God.
