Tracey Print Talk
Our Tracey Pledge
Tracey cubs strive to be safe, be respectful, be responsible as they leave their P.R.I.N.T on the world because good character looks the same in all languages.
MRS. HADDOCK'S CLASS HELPS US LEARN TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!
This week Mrs. Haddock's class explored how students can show respect by thinking before they speak or act in a way that would not demonstrate the R in our Tracey PRINT. Students acted out several scenarios that left the audience asking " What if everyone said that"?
WE NOW HAVE A TRACEY CUB SONG!
We are so excited to have debuted the new Tracey Cub Song this week at community meeting. The lyrics are below along with a video of Mrs. Haddock's class performing it for the first time in the school. We would like to congratulate Ms. Kirk for leaving her PRINT on Tracey school by working to create such an inspiring song for our school.
The Tracey Cub Song
Tracey Elementary School
Where having good character is so cool
Problem solving,
Persevering,
Being neighborly
By showing our print we act respectfully
At Tracey Elementary School
In colors bright and bold
We always show integrity
And take responsibility
Yay for the Tracey Cubs!

Tracey Curious Cub Lab Grand Opening
Character.org Conference in Washington DC
12 members of the Trace staff traveled to the Character.org conference in Washington DC. We were so excited to learn more about this amazing organization and made many connections with schools of character in other states. We will be submitting our application to be a National Character Education School in early December. We look forward to your support!
