Lauren Tarshis to Visit Fallon
'I Survived' will be visiting James Fallon on January 27, 2016. Students in grades 3-5 will have an assembly that afternoon.
Many students grades 1-5 have joined Lauren Tarshis club, in which students in grades 1-2 are invited to challenge themselves to read 8 of her titles, and students in grade 3-5 to read ten of her great books. Students will complete a brief summary and both parents and students will sign off that they have read the titles. Forms are due to Mrs. Maggio on January 25, 2016.
Students reading at least three of the titles will be 'in the club' and receive a treat, students that meet their grade level goal will have a surprise on the day Ms. Tarshis visits.
