Cardiovascular Endurance
People In a Marathon need cardiovascular endurance in order to finish a marathon, this means they need to pace themselves and have the endurance to finish.
Muscular Strength
The lady is using her strength to pick up the weigh. Strength has to do with being able to lift things and preform task.
Muscular Endurance
The man in the picture is using muscular endurance, he is trying to hold the weights as long as he can. The longer can can preform and task, the higher your muscular endurance is.
Flexibility
The lady doing yoga is a good way to practice flexibility. In yoga you need flexibility to move all your joints fully.
Body Compostion
The lady is measuring her waist, this can relate to the ratio of fat to muscle, this is called body composition. You need a good body composition in order to be healthy.
Speed
The man sprinting in the race is utilizing speed, in a race you need speed to win.
Agility
The people in this exercise are practicing agility by changing directions quickly.
Balance
The lady balancing is distributing her weight evenly, in order to stay up in the air.
Coordination
You need coordination in order to catch a ball successfully. You need to move to the ball to catch it and use your eyes and hands at the same time.
Reaction Time
People running track need an excellent reaction time, they need to run the second they hear the starters pistol. The sooner the better.(They need to move as soon as they see the need to move)
Power
This man is exerting power and force in order to bench press.
