-Practice writing your numbers 1-10: if you feel super inspired have your child make these sets of items that correspond to each number, for example
1- Car
2- Legos
-Cooking is a great way to use numbers-measuring, counting the number of times you stir, setting time on oven, etc.
-Try counting steps when out on a walk, walking in the house, steps to different rooms in your home
- Pick a number (maybe from a set of cards or just make your own number cards on paper) and then doing a gross motor activity (such as jumping, twirling, etc.) that many times
-Time how long it takes to do certain activities, such as cleaning up toys
-Count toys while cleaning up
