Spring Parent Teacher Conference Sign-Ups Start Today (Tuesday, 4/16)
Parent Teacher Conference appointments will be available and sent to you from your child's teacher via ParentSquare today, Tuesday, April 16th at 3:30pm.
Oak Hills Fall Conferences will be held on Wednesday, May 1st and Thursday, May 2nd by appointment. Families will have the option to choose a meeting in person on site or via zoom when selecting a time slot.
With spring break and elementary regions holding conferences this month, our bilingual liaisons were on a very tight timeline to secure interpreters for all families who need them. Thank you for understanding why the sign-ups are coming out today. We generally aim to send the appointments out 2-2.5 weeks before conferences.

Helpful Website Buttons--Report Absences and Going Home Plan Changes
Absences and dismissal changes can be reported to us via the Oak Hills website. There are buttons where you can click and report an absence or changes to how your child will be going home.
For dismissal, please do your best to report the changes before 1:00pm since this is when we will be delivering the information to our teachers and students. If it is after 1pm, please call the main office to report the change and not the website button.
Thank you in advance for utilizing this communication tool. It will free up our phone lines for families, staff, and community members who urgently need to get in touch with the office.
