Red Alert! Significant Schedule Changes Ahead...
THE FULL REVISED SCHEDULES ARE BELOW.
We appreciate everyone's flexibility and patience as we work around the weather and scheduling issues.
Saturday, 10/30: Full Ensemble Rehearsal at NHS
1:00 pm - 5:00 pm (12:45 pm arrival): Full Ensemble Rehearsal
- Location: Start Inside
- Be prepared to practice outside as weather conditions permit.
Wednesday, 11/3: New England States - Veterans Memorial Stadium, New Britain
- Middle Schoolers: If you take a bus that is Wave 1, get off at the high school. If you take a bus that is Wave 2, you will take a specific Wave 1 bus (TBD) to the high school.
- Leave your uniform at NHS after rehearsal on Monday.
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm: Change into uniform bottoms, Everest shirt, black socks, and marching shoes for bus.
- Bring uniform jacket, gloves, windbreaker, etc.
4:30 pm: Load buses.
4:45 pm: Depart for Veterans Memorial Stadium
- 635 S. Main Street, New Britain, CT 06051
5:45 pm: Arrive at Veterans Memorial Stadium
7:41 pm*: PERFORMANCE
9:40 pm*: Awards
10:30 pm*: Depart for NHS
Students should call or text parents/guardians upon departure.

Other Details...
- Garment bags and flag bags can be dropped off in the Band Room on Monday after rehearsal. High Schoolers may drop off their uniforms and equipment on Monday or Wednesday.
- New England States Tickets can be purchased on the portal or click here. Tickets will be distributed Monday during practice. (Nationals tickets can also be purchased on the portal or click here.)
- The senior photos and group photo is cancelled due to weather.

END-OF-SEASON BANQUET REGISTRATIONS ARE DUE BY MONDAY, NOVEMBER 1!
We cannot accept late registrations due to catering purposes.

How much does it cost?:
- FREE for current band and guard members who have paid their fall registration in full.
- FREE for children under age 10.
- All others, $20.
What will happen?
- This year's banquet will feature a full dinner buffet and dessert, senior speeches, special awards, karaoke and photo booth. Doors open at 5:30p. Dinner at 6p. Program at 7p.
Do parents usually attend?
- Yes!
Can siblings attend?
- Yes!
What is the suggested attire?
- Students usually get dressed up in semi-formal attire.
- Family members usually get spiffed up too in business or cocktail attire.
