Working Together We Will Get You HIRED!
"Opportunity Cost helps you recognize the trade-offs and costs of your decisions. Every choice you make involves giving up something else, and sometimes that something else might be more valuable than what you gain." *
Excitement is in the air! Most likley carrying over from spring break, the eclipse, proms, graduations and summertime! It would be easy to cop a squat, bask in the sunshine, and forego the usual chores. Consider the opportunity cost for waiving off the alarm clock, choosing to sleep in and showing up late for classes or not showing up at all. The cost for choosing to hit snooze several times may lead to a missed opportunity for a pay check. Attendance is the first thing most employers want to know about a potential employee soon to be graduating high school, "What is the attendance record for high school, do they show up, are they on time?". The first step to completing high school and preparing for a successful career is to get to school... on time!
