A Message To Families From Mr. Peck
Riverview Families,
After a couple weeks of unseasonably warm weather, it looks like things are going to turn a little colder this week. Please make sure your child has warm clothes to go outside in. We go outside each day for recess and look for other opportunities to get fresh air from time to time as well. We appreciate your help in making sure our students are dressed appropriately for the weather!
With spring break quickly approaching, our teachers are in the process of working on report cards for each of our learners. Report cards are just one way we communicate with families about the learning our students are doing. Please keep in mind that we do not print off or mail report cards. Instead, you will be able to log into your Infinite Campus account and view them starting this Friday. If you don't have an account or need any assistance getting logged in, please contact the RVES main office. We are happy to help.
No matter what your family is doing over spring break - traveling or staying close to home - we hope it is a safe, healthy, and positive week off of school for everyone. Time away from school is sometimes a good thing but we sure will miss our students when we are off. We encourage you to get some rest, go on some fun adventures, spend time with loved ones, and read lots of books when you are away!
Best wishes for a great week!
Shawn Peck
Principal
