COVID-19 Update
Following Guernsey's enter into Phase 4 of Exit from Lockdown from 30 May, we are welcoming small numbers of students back into the College following guidelines from The States of Guernsey Public Health, although most learning continues to take place online. Our focus remains, as always, to ensure that our students' qualifications, experience and progression are as good as they can be.
We are not able to run students’ normal timetables. Instead students are being invited into College for a specific purpose. Our teams are in contact directly with their students, their employers or parents/carers on an individual basis to inform them of their revised timetables. Students are reminded: Please do not come into College unless you have been specifically invited to do so.
Check full details on our website - link below.

We would just like to remind you that if students have any questions, no matter how small, they should get in touch with their tutor.
You can find the States of Guernsey 'Exit from Lockdown' plan here.

Fundraising Update
We posted last week on our Facebook page how proud we are of our colleague, Laura, who came up with a brilliant initiative during lockdown, making and selling crochet rainbows to raise funds for Les Bourgs Hospice. Laura has appeared twice in the local news over the past week and the amount raised now stands at over £700!
PRIDE Month - June 2020
At College we strongly believe in a culture of Equality & Diversity, and were proud winners for Best Educational Initiative at the Equality & Diversity Awards in 2018. We work together with local Equality & Diversity initiatives including Liberate, Equality Guernsey and Guernsey Disability Alliance who have provided Purple Tuesday training for some of our staff. We were proud that the first Equality Guernsey Conference in 2019 was held at PRCPA and that our Principal and Faculty Director were in the fantastic lineup of speakers and workshop providers.
Pro Portal
ProPortal allows parents/carers access to further information on a student’s progress on their course, including attendance, punctuality, time table, targets and progression. Instructions on how to set up an account to view a student’s profile can be found here

Contacting You
The College’s preferred method of contact with parents and carers is via email. Please add the email address of your child/ward's course Customer Liaison Officer to your list of ‘safe senders’ or to your contacts list/address book to ensure communications from them arrive directly into your inbox, rather than going into ‘junk’ or ‘spam’.
As you will be contacted directly by the relevant CLO regarding events specific to your child/ward’s course/programme area, it is important that they have an up-to-date email address for you. Their details are listed below.
