Tips, Titles and Tools for Teachers
Wild About Books
I hope you all enjoyed the beautiful fall weather during our long weekend!
I know that last week's newsletter was a long one, so this week I thought I would collect some of my favorite recent book lists and recommendations. I am a book lover who is always looking for new titles to add to my Amazon cart! I hope reading this newsletter doesn't become too expensive for you!
Happy Reading!
Shelly
You will love it! Elephant and Piggie texts are perfect for teaching lessons at the K-2 level, but I know students in grades 3-5 would still enjoy the humor and digging for the themes in these texts. Grace and I have quite a collection of Elephant and Piggie books, if you would like to check them out!

Incredible Anchor Charts Sites
I am always looking for new resources or ideas for anchor charts and environmental print. Here are a few links to excellent charts that connect to literacy strategies and elements. These charts can be used in classrooms in grades K-5, so there is something for everyone. Enjoy!
