End of Year RTI to-dos
Here are the end-of-year procedures for RTI. We want to give you a heads-up so that you have time to take care of these items before the end of the year sneaks up on us!
· Our files, Core team minutes, and information in Fulton Connect need to match when it comes to which students are in Tiers 2 & 3.
· Only students who need (and are receiving) interventions should have open files, and these files, interventions, and data collection will continue next year.
· As a grade level, please review your students in Fulton Connect that are on Tiers 2 and 3. If you see a discrepancy please let me know.
· all RTI paperwork (listed below) needs to be complete by May 13.
Here is a reminder of what should be included in the files at the end of the year:
RTI intervention plan (current for spring)
Progress monitoring graphs with May data (ex. Behavior, fluency, Fastbridge graphs)
Print out of Language Checklist and any language data
Print out of Skills Inventory
Copy of Parent notification – need to let guardian know concerns and that he is being brought up- document this somehow. (conference notes, emails, etc.)
Any relevant notes, work samples, rating scales, parent emails, etc.
· Fastbridge screening report (fall, winter, spring) The window is April 30- May 16th
Keep in mind that we already have files going for most students in the counseling suite, so if you'd like to go through your students' files to see what is needed, please come visit me anytime on May 7th or 8th. Thanks! Christina McLeod

Creative Idea
Looking for something creative to do with your students during testing week?
Try "It's Not a Donut" with your class. Students add to and build up the incomplete picture to make a unique picture.
