Principal's Report
A Weekly Update from Perkiomen Valley Middle School East
A Word From Dr. Clune
Dear PV East Parents,
For Veterans Day today we had "America's White Table' set up in the cafeteria and shared the story with the students. We also welcomed our new Assistant Principal, Mr. Tim Padilla, this week. Our students were excited to meet him and introduce themselves.
We are looking forward to welcoming parents for Parent Visitation Day on Wednesday, November 16th. Please come for one of the time slots listed below. We will also have coffee and tea in the library for our parent visitors. We have added some new new signage in the main office and are currently working on a student mural on the second floor.
Report cards will be available to view on Tuesday, November 15 at noon in ParentView.
Parents are welcome to bring food to school if their child forgot to bring it. However, please do not arrange to have restaurant food delivered to your child before, during, or after school. We cannot confirm where this food originated and need to keep all of the children in the building safe
There is information regarding Parent/Teacher conferences below. We look forward to meeting with you on Tuesday, November 22nd.
Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Twitter. We maintain a very active social media presence.
Sincerely,
Seamus Clune, Ph.D.

Free Breakfast Program for ALL Students.
As a reminder, Governor Tom Wolf announced free school breakfast for all students across the commonwealth. The Universal Free Breakfast Program will run through the end of the 2022-23 school year and is open to all students, no questions asked.
We are aware that some families may prefer that their students not participate in the free breakfast at school (in some instances last year, students were eating two breakfasts - one at home prior to school and one after arriving at school). Families may choose to “opt their child(ren) out” from obtaining breakfast using this form. If a family opts out, the student’s account will be flagged and breakfast will not be available to them. You may change this preference at any time by contacting our Food Service department.
