A Note From Principal Jeff Brandt
Hello DHS Families,
Although it may not feel like it with the recent weather, Spring is almost here. We will soon be in the midst of the spring activity season. If your student will be participating in a spring activity, please encourage them to keep up on their work, communicate with teachers, and be flexible when it comes to weather.
You may have heard from your student(s) about bathrooms being closed at DHS. We have had several incidents of vandalism reported throughout the school year. In order to alleviate the time that it takes to continuously clean up bathrooms throughout campus, we have closed many of the bathrooms. The only bathrooms that are open to students at this time are the main bathrooms by the Student Affairs and Main Offices. Please have conversations with your student(s) regarding proper bathroom usage and the ramifications that vandalism can have.
Lastly, Dickinson High School Prom is Saturday, March 23rd. Dickinson High School juniors and seniors, along with approved guests, are allowed to attend prom. Please check the student handbook for further details.
Thank you for your continued support of our students and staff at Dickinson High School!
Jeff Brandt,
Dickinson High School Principal
