Useful Management Strategies
Balancing Your Relationships
Intimate Relationships: When in an intimate relationship it's always best to make sure you enjoy the relationship and that you are committed. Keeping your relationship simple is always the best way and less stress way to go. Never rush into things you know you wont be able to handle on your own and never rely on your partner for your own happiness and well-being. Being able to maintain a healthy intimate relationship with your partner will help you create boundaries for yourself and have more respect for yourself and your partner.
Family Relationships: Family relationships can be stressful for a teenager in high school. Whether its because of divorce, fights or just different views on things there will always be a mix of feelings. Allowing your family members to express their opinions and emotions will help build a strong relationship between each other. Doing this allows for effective communication which is the foundation of good relations. Being aware of your family members emotional and physical needs and being able to communicate your feelings to them will grant you to live a healthy live and manage a healthy family relationship.
Relationships with Friends: Often people feel more comfortable with their friend(s) and can share their feelings with them more easier than their family members or partner. On the other hand being able to manage a friendship may be difficult for some and very stressful. Having trust in your relationship with your friend(s) is very important and can help you freely express yourself better. Respecting your friend(s) decisions and taking advice from them can help you with other relationships in your life.

Communication Skills
Effective Speaking: Your voice can reveal as much about your personality as much as your appearance can. The tone of voice you use can provide clues of the type of emotion you're feeling, the mood you're in and can persuade people to do things that you want in particular. Good speaking skills can benefit you in the workforce and allow you to move up in your job, help you communicate your thoughts to others to make someone either feel positive/negative and allow you to be successful in your social life with friends or family.

ORGANIZING YOUR LIFE TOGETHER: Being well organized will help you to better succeed in life, school and in the workforce. Being detail-oriented, creating procedures and processes for others to follow are some examples of being well organized.
DEALING WITH STRESS: We all encounter stress and sometimes it can feel as if its eating us up alive. Some people have different ways of coping with stress but here are the best ways to deal with stress.
Understanding your feelings - writing, drawing or some other creative way of expressing what you feel can often help with relieving the stress.
Find ways to relax - Doing things to slow down your heart rate and relax your mind will help you not focus on the stress and relieve your body from any pain. Going for a nice nature walk somewhere quiet or just being in your room with some music and relaxing might be ways for you.
Keep a sense of humor - Laughing can be a way to ease tension that you might have in your situation. Having a friend around or something that will make you laugh in a stressful situation will help with any tension that might be there.
My Personal Message for Overcoming Problems
To overcome bad work habits in class: If you know you have bad work habits in class but you may not want to admit it that's fine, we all fall back once in a while. Some strategies I use are separating myself from people that cause me to talk a lot, ask the teacher if I don't understand something, do all my class work on time so I don't have homework.
To overcome bad work habits at home: If you've realized that your work habits at home are effecting your work at school and your grades, it's time to change. Some techniques I use are making sure I'm working in a quiet place where I have no distractions. I like to listen to music so that might be something that helps you stay focused or remember your study notes better. Make sure you have a schedule of what to do and when. Always take 30-60 minutes to study for tests if not more and leave an hour to do homework.
