Conference time is here! Please review the following information in order to prepare for your time at the conference! Remember, the IAG Conference will be held at the Indianapolis Downtown Marriott (not the JW!) located at 350 W. Maryland St. in downtown Indianapolis. If you are unsure about the days for which you are registered, please refer to your confirmation e-mail.
Please click on this link to view our conference program. The program is also available on our website, www.iag-online.org. In the program, you will be able to see the schedule and the descriptions of the breakout sessions for each day. Your first session each day is your ticketed session. Your ticketed sessions are printed on your name badge. Seats in ticketed sessions are limited, and you may need to show your badge at the door of the session.
1. The conference kicks off with Parent Night on December 13th at 6:00 with our Sunday night keynote speaker Dr. Patricia Gatto Walden and her presentation, “What Your Gifted Child Wants You To Know”! You can also pick up your credentials on Sunday night and avoid the Monday morning rush! The registration booth will be open from 5:00-6:30 if you would like to pick up your credentials.
Please use the RSVP link below to let us know if you are coming on Sunday night. This session is free to all conference attendees. If you want to simply come to register and pick up your badge to avoid the Monday morning lines, you can let us know that, too, using the link below. Again, the RSVP is simply to let us know if you are coming on Sunday night.

2. If you are coming with a group, carpooling is a great idea. Also, check with your district about its policies for reimbursing parking costs. Parking downtown can range from $20-$30 for the day. Parking is available at the hotel, but you might save a few dollars by parking at Circle Center Mall down the street. The walk from the mall to the hotel can be made without going outside.
3. Wi-fi will not be available in the session rooms, but it will be available in the lobby area.
4. Name badges have now been printed. We cannot accept name changes at this point. If your school needs to replace a registrant, the new person should simply pick up the badge of the person whom they are replacing.
5. If you are not coming on Sunday night, please plan to get here EARLY. Registration opens at 6:30 AM each day. You only need to check in to pick up your materials on the first day you attend.
The first session starts at 8:30!!! Please plan to arrive early on the days that you are attending. Our vendors will be open for great shopping opportunities.
6. Professional Growth Points: In the back of your program, you will find a "Certificate of Participation" to take back to your school for PGP points. Please retain your certificate. IAG will not issue additional copies of this form.
7. The cancellation deadline for the conference is December 1st. After this date, no refunds will be granted as materials and meals will have been ordered. The conference will take place regardless of weather conditions. Please plan accordingly.
We can't wait to see over 800 Indiana educators gathering to learn, advocate, and collaborate for best practices in gifted education! If you have questions, please contact Jason at iagwebmaster@mac.com.
