PLA Mid-Point Gathering
We sure had a great time at the Mid-Point Gathering!
How's the development of your Leadership Plan going? Remember your homework is to develop it and put it into action and find a way to share it within your portfolio.
Have any of you continued to have "AHA" moments of reflection regarding the COLORS Personality Style Activity? I hope so! How many of you have figured out your spouse/significant other and/or children?
Below you will find the handouts from the leadership session. Colors is a copyright training so we are not able to share the information electronically. There is some information available online that can help you determine your color. I included a graphic below.
For those of you that missed Saturday (we missed you!).
If you have any questions, please let any of us know.
