WHAT IS AN AUTISTIC SAVANT?
Autistic savant refers to individuals with Autism who have extraordinary skills not exhibited by most persons. Most their skills relate with math, calendar, memory, artistic, and musical abilities. There is a minority of Autistic savants in the autistic population.
WHAT IS SAVANT SYNDROME?
Savant syndrome is a condition in which a person is mentally disabled, such as an autistic spectrum disorder, demonstrates pro skills. People with savant syndrome usually have a lower IQ.

KIM PEEK: was born with severe brain damage, and since then he read about 12000 books and remembers everything about the books. inspired for a movie called "Rain man played" by Dustin Hoffman.
Leslie Lemke: He started walking at the age of 15 and started playing the piano by 16 just by listening to it on the radio. He started performing on stages around the world, and played different types of music.
WHAT CAN WE LEARN FROM THESE INDIVIDUALS?
We can learn that you should never judge a book by its cover to quickly because they look mentally retarded but they could be smarter than most people, in so many ways like having calendar abilities, mathematical abilities, memory ability and so many more.
