Grocery Store Field Trip
THIS THURSDAY
Walmart Field Trip This Thursday
Don't forget! This Thursday we'll be meeting at the Walmart on Overland Road between Meridian and Ten Mile (the one right near my house). We'll meet at 9:30 near the grocery entrance. They'll take use around and show us some behind the scenes grocery store stuff and top it all of with a cookie to decorate. (we're really excited about the cookie part here at preschool, so hopefully they deliver). It should take somewhere around 45 min to an hour.
ALSO- for my MWF class, there will be no preschool the next day. I originally thought that I would trade you a day off so that I could get carpet put in sometime this month, but apparently carpet ordering and installation isn't as straight forward of a process as I thought.

Illness Reminder
'Tis the season for sniffles and colds. Everyone has been doing great about keeping their preschoolers home if they are not feeling well. I and the other parents really appreciate your efforts. Remember that a sick kid doesn't have a good day here, and it isn't fun for anyone (them most of all!).
I know that coughs and sniffles are normal at the end of a cold, if they are fever free (without the help of medicine and have been fever free for at least 24 hours) they are welcome to come as long as they are good about covering coughs and don't have an excessively runny nose (you all know what I'm talking about). We work hard here to keep us as healthy as possible, but despite our best efforts, when you have kids together they're everyone once and awhile going to catch something. Lets all work together to minimize illness it by letting your "not quite well yet" preschooler rest.
