Welcome Back!
Congratulations on a great start to the 18-19 school year. We survived the first week of school! We should start to run on auto pilot next week. I want to take the time to welcome our new team members Jaelly, Marie and Jennifer. Everyone has been extremely flexible and willing to help out where needed this week and it is greatly appreciated. Thank you for being team players.
Enjoy the long weekend!

Our goal this year to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere when interacting with the community, staff, faculty and students. Below are some tips on how to successfully provide good customer service to create an inviting atmosphere.
-Smile this goes a long way when interacting with people either in person or on the phone
-Be aware of your surroundings by asking to help individuals that walk into your office
-Answer the phones by the 2nd ring
-Use a salutation-friendly greeting
-Speak clearly and slowly
-If multiple lines are ringing, remember to ask "can you please hold" and wait for a response
-Let the caller know you will be transferring their call and to whom

Back to School Night September 6, 2018
Our Back-to-School Night is on Thursday, September 6, 2018. Parents will receive a copy of your student’s schedule in first period. If they do not have a copy of their student’s schedule or do not know their first period class, locator cards will be posted in the gymnasium lobby by grade level indicating student’s first period class and room number.
The Information Fair in the gymnasium is from 5:45 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. and will give parents an opportunity to interact with various clubs and organizations, including PTSO Membership, School Nurse/Clinic Information, and Athletic Boosters. Sports passes will be available for purchase, Sports Passes Application.
Starting at 7:00 p.m. parents will move period by period through their students’ schedule. This is an opportunity to meet teachers and learn about specific classroom and subject expectations. This portion of the program will last until approximately 8:30 p.m.
