As we discussed the market is strong and has finally returned to a bit of a sellers market. Because of this, I believe that we could have success listing your home around $324,900.. The links below showcase similar homes that support this value, both in recent sales and current competition. There are a few factors that I had to figure in that kept me from exceeding that number (bi-level, not a lot of property, lack of some updates), but overall you have an awesome product!
Usually this is the space that I use to leave a large "honey do" list of things that need to be done to best present the home. Your great care if evident and your list is smaller than most!
- Wash the entire roof (Saber Wash is a great resource if you do not have time 517-936-5428.)
- Wash windows
- Install trim piece above refrigerator to finish off the polished look of the space.
- Remove most family pictures from the walls (I will replace with pleasant art work where necessary).
- Consider removing the furniture from the dining room and living room. I would stage with pieces that will help to showcase what a timeless space it is that can be cozy, inviting and modern.
