Dolphin Blast
LCM Families,
We hope you all had a wonderful time off during SMUSD's Spring Break. We are looking forward to seeing our students' smiling faces back on campus tomorrow. The month of April will be a busy one with state ELPAC testing for our bilingual emergent students, the APEX Fun Run, and the Spring Dance. Please make sure your child is prepared with school materials, snacks, water, and prepared for weather/possibly rain this week.
Earth Month Celebration Event
The City of Carlsbad is having their Annual Earth Month Celebration Event on April 6th at the Pine Avenue Community Park. The implementation of the meal sorting program has shown great success and we encourage students to come by and enjoy the event. It will feature family-friendly activities, workshops, and live music suitable for all ages. This will be a great opportunity for students to foster a deeper understanding of sustainability's significance.
