Stilwell Monday Message
Weekly Student and Family Communication
May - 5/3/21
Happy EVEN Monday.
Congratulations to all of our students who participated in the Stilwell Vocal Variety show last Friday. The show was truly an amazing showcase of all of your talents. Thank you for all of your hard work and for showing your passion for vocal performance with all of us.
Over the past couple of weeks, we have seen an abundance of students arriving at school without a mask. Please keep in mind that we need students to come with a mask every day. We received some donated masks earlier this year and we have almost run through them. Thank you for your partnership in supporting the safety and health of all staff and students.
Students, today marks our last month of school. We realize that it is getting warmer and many of you have very hectic schedules and commitments outside of school. Please remember to show some grit and perseverance in focusing on learning in these final weeks. It is important that you are turning in all the pieces of learning and reaching out if you need help. Don't forget that we are here to help you.
Have an awesome week!!

· How we’re keeping this safe and affordable
Our meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 4th at 6 pm There are limited spots available so don’t miss your opportunity to reserve your seat. One parent must be in attendance.

Parking Lot Protocol
We understand our parking lot drop-off and pick-up process can be time-consuming. However, we need all families to follow the procedures to ensure our students are safe. Please remember these guidelines:
- Do not use the local business as a place to pick-up your child.
- Do not drop off your student or stop for any reason along Vine Street.
- Do not pull into the bus lanes along Vine Street.
- Do not allow your student to exit the vehicle until you have pulled up to the curb in the parking lot.
- Please drive slowly through the parking lot and on Vine St.
Reminder for In-Person Students
If your student is signed up this semester to be an “in-person” learner, your student cannot choose to learn “online” due to convenience, illness, or weather unless the district determines that we all move to online learning for that day. Students will be counted absent and will need a parent call to excuse.
This should be done in the usual way through our attendance line at 633-6000. You may leave a message 24 hours a day and we ask that you give your student’s name, student ID number, and what grade they are in so we may update their attendance. Thank you!
