Dear Cambrian Families,
How did we get to the month of March so quickly? I am excited for all the wonderful happenings in our district this month. First, I’d like to say a big congratulations to our March Students of the Month. (note: as an added safety measure, we are only listing first names.)

Cambrian Educational Foundation (CEF)
Also, at the March 7th School Board Meeting, the Cambrian Educational Foundation recognized all the students who went above and beyond during the recent Read-a-thon. Special thanks to every member of the CEF for their wonderful participation, and big congratulations to every student who participated in this wonderful fundraising event.
Transitional Kindergarten (TK) Enrollment
Cambrian is fully implementing Transitional Kindergarten for the 2024-25 school year. If your child turns four between Sept. 2, 2023 and Sept. 1, 2024, they are eligible for TK! Click here to visit Cambrian's Enrollment Page on the District Office website for more information.
Cambrian Staff Appreciation Week May 13-17
I wanted to make you aware of our school district’s Staff Appreciation Week, which is scheduled for May 13th -17th. Our district celebrates the entire staff during one week. Be on the lookout for a message from your school site regarding activities as we get closer to the date. This is a special time for us to come together as a community and express our gratitude for the dedication, hard work, and passion of our amazing school staff members.
Thank you to each family in our district, for your continued support and participation in your child’s educational journey. We look forward to an engaging continuation of our school year!

Resource Fair for Families with Students with Disabilities
The SCCOE’s Workability Program will host a transition resource fair for families with students with disabilities. This resource fair will feature information regarding work experience, independent living skills, healthcare access, youth wellness, career support, and much more. Join the Workability Program on March 21 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Hester School at 1460 The Alameda San Jose, CA. For inquiries contact Roan Louie at rlouie@sccoe.org.
