Scheduling Events on the Doerre Calendar
Please make sure that you are emailing all of your events to put on the Doerre Public calendar, to Ms. Davis in a timely manner (at least three weeks in advance). If you are having an event outside of normal school hours, please make sure that you are sending Ms. Davis the name/time/date of the event, as well as all of the locations in the building that you will need AC/lights. It’s vital to have all of our events scheduled in the system as soon as possible, so that there isn’t an internal conflict.
