Bobcat Letter THANKSGIVING EDITION
November 16th, 2020
Letter to the Bobcat Community
Bobcats,
We wanted to take this opportunity to wish everyone in our Bobcat family a Happy Thanksgiving. I personally am thankful for each and every one of you in our community.
Scholars, make sure that during this holiday season that you reflect on the adults in your life, including your educators and your parents, that have continued to support and love you and keep on your path to success. This is the perfect opportunity to say thank you.
My wish has always been that we beat this pandemic so that we can be together again as soon as possible. We can only do that by each of us doing our part by social distancing and wearing a mask.
Please never forget that each of you is loved and cherished.
Warmest Regards,
Mrs. Castro
P.S. Below are different resources available to anyone in our community that is in need this Thanksgiving. Also please read the announcement from our yearbook staff requesting baby pictures of your scholar.

8TH Grade Baby Pictures Needed for YEARBOOK ASAP!
Our yearbook staff is going above and beyond to make sure our 2020-2021 yearbook will be one for the history books, but they need your help. They are asking first, that all 8th graders send baby photos of themselves by December 6th, and second that all scholar's send pictures of their favorite outfits to the yearbook staff at asangs@student.sisd.net.
Thank you Puentes for helping us continue to ACHIEVE SUCCESS.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Socorro ISD has developed a list of questions and answers to openly share information and proactively answer questions regarding students and employees returning to school and work for the 2020-2021 school year. We know our stakeholders have many questions, and we will do our best to answer all in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience as our team continues to work through the many issues that must be addressed. Rest assured that we will update this list and communicate with you often as information becomes available and as we seek additional guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Texas Education Agency (TEA) and local health and government officials.
