The window for KOI data gathering is November 2nd thru November 20th. Please see Kalisha if you still have questions about this process. It is very critical to collect appropriate data so we are referring those students who need to be referred for GT.
Please COPY & PASTE the following 2 announcements into your MONDAY MAIL or CLASSROOM NEWSLETTERS. These MUST go out by MONDAY afternoon. Copy me on the email so that I can show that they were sent when I am asked.

Early voting for the NBISD Bond Election is being held now through Oct. 30. Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2015. The bond package totaling $62.8 million will provide two (2) new elementary schools for growth and address facility, safety and compliance needs of the district’s existing facilities. Announcement 2:
Your student still has one week to work on their entry for the Reflections Contest! Just a few reminders: Each entry needs to be turned in with the Student Entry Form. You can find it here- http://www.txpta.org/programs/reflections/participate/. You will find the form under Participate and then General Entry Information. This is the form where your student can tell the committee the meaning of their entry. Please contact Lisa Keefe at lisa_keeffe@yahoo.com if she can answer any questions regarding size requirements, length of videos etc. We had such a fun afternoon with Ms. Ashley from Traveling Art last week. She really let our imaginations fly! Good Luck and PTA cannot wait to see your entry next Friday, October 30th!!! Have fun creating! Also, if you are needing a PTA membership form, I will be sending those home but in the meantime, keep creating! :)
