Message from Mrs. Dorozynski
SD ECLC 2021
Two Days Virtual after Spring Break...
TWO-DAYS OF VIRTUAL INSTRUCTION FOLLOWING SPRING BREAK
The Hazlet School District will transition to virtual instruction on Tuesday, April 6 and
Wednesday, April 7 following the conclusion of spring break, returning to an in-person schedule on Thursday, April 8. With over 100 staff members scheduled to receive their second vaccination shot on those days (which can cause a significant reaction) and a number of additional staff having to quarantine following travel over break, we are announcing this transition in the best interests of health & safety. We have been proactive in vaccinating our staff through a program made available by the Visiting Nurses Association and they determine the scheduling of shots which has resulted in this transition to two days of virtual instruction.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR CHILD TESTS POSITIVE OVER BREAK, PLEASE
EMAIL ME SO THAT WE ARE ABLE TO REMAIN CURRENT WITH
OUR PRECAUTIONS. THANK YOU. gdorozynski@hazlet.org
